IndustriALL calls on Albemarle to stop anti-union practices in Chile's lithium sector

17 novembre, 2025IndustriALL Global Union has expressed deep concern about the unjustified dismissal of a union representative at the lithium salt flats in Atacama and about Albemarle’s lack of dialogue with the union. IndustriALL’s affiliate Industrial Chile–CONSTRAMET says that the dismissal was an act of retaliation against the union and a violation of basic labour rights.
